2025 Texas Floods – Recovery & Support Information

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Disaster Assessment and Recovery agents are working closely with local, regional and state partners to support recovery efforts. Please see below for links to flood recovery resources.

Williamson County July 5th Flood Recovery InformationJuly 5 Flood Recovery | Williamson County, TX

TDEM  Individuals must report their flood damage to the Texas Division of Emergency Management using their iSTAT tool at iSTAT Damage Surveys. Individuals needing assistance with clean up can call the Crises Cleanup hotline at 512-201-4814. Crisis Cleanup matches Volunteers with people who need assistance following a disaster. They will take any request but cannot guarantee assistance.

In coordination with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Williamson County will open a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) to provide in-person support for residents affected by the July flood and to help direct them to flood recovery resources. The center will be open July 18 through August 10, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Williamson County EMS North Campus, located at 3189 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown. No appointment is necessary.

TDA STAR Fund- Landowners may apply for assistance through the Texas Department of Agriculture STAR Fund.  Applications may be submitted online or can be printed and mailed to the Texas Department of Agriculture by November 4, 2025, by 11:59pm for the recent July severe weather events. Texas A&M Health Telehealth Institute – In partnership with AgriLife Extension, the Texas A&M University Telehealth Institute is offering free counseling services for Ag produces and their family members in Texas. Producers can sign up by clicking HERE.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Williamson County will provide in-person support for residents affected by the July flood. The center will be open July 18 through August 10, Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Williamson County EMS North Campus, located at 3189 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown. No appointment is necessary. FEMA representatives will be on-site to help residents who suffered flood-related damage or losses that are not covered by insurance. They will assist with navigating disaster assistance programs, answer questions and provide support. The DRC is open to homeowners, renters and business owners who sustained disaster-related damage in Williamson County. FEMA assistance may include help with temporary housing, home repairs, personal property losses and other disaster-related needs such as medical and dental expenses. Residents are encouraged to register with FEMA before visiting the DRC by calling 800-621-3362, visiting disasterassistance.gov or using the FEMA mobile app

Williamson County will host a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) at the Williamson County EMS North Campus, located at 3189 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown. this Friday, July 18th, Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. More than a dozen local and nonprofit organizations will be present to provide recovery resources, basic needs assistance and guidance for next steps.
