Virtual Entomology Camp (June 29-July 1)

Craving some science?  Want your kids to get outside and enjoy nature?  Join us for a virtual entomology camp! Campers will collect insects, assemble collection, perform entomology activities, and learn all about insects in this three day virtual camp, led by Texas A&M AgriLife Entomologist, Molly Keck. Wine MicroOxygenation

In this webinar we will look at the various stages of wine production, primary fermentation, secondary fermentation, first three months of aging and maturation. We will continue by braking it up into macro- aeration, control of yeast after fermentation, sur-lees for whites vs MLF for reds.
