Major Shows – Livestock and Contest

State Fair of Texas Entry Process:

 

Entries (online, entry form, required documents & payment) due by 4:30pm on August 17, 2026

1. Enter information, entries and payment into online parent portal.

  •  Visit https://livestock.bigtex.com/login/ to login or create your SFT Parent Portal account. Upon completion of submitting your entries they are directed to your county agent’s queue. All exhibitors must electronically complete and sign: 1. Release of liability and indemnity agreement AND 2. W9 that includes a social security number.

2. Fill out the entry worksheet and bring to the County Extension Office by 4:30pm on August 17, 2026.

Heart O’ Texas Entry Process: 

 

  • Fill out Heart O Texas Entry Form, any required documents, and bring forms to the Extension Office with payment (exact cash or check made payable to Stock Show Coalition) by August 17, 2026.

We realize this is before the official entry date set by the SFT and HOT published online. However, we need time to process entries properly. Please note: NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED!

MAJOR SHOW – Livestock & Contest Entry Day: NOVEMBER 4, 2026

The office will be open from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

PDF copies of youth entry forms and links to the show’s website are attached for your convenience. All completed forms and payment must be turned into the CEO no later than 7:00 pm on November 5, 2025. Checks or exact change will be accepted; Checks need to be payable to: Stock Show Coalition. Please know your child’s birthdate, social security number, and Quality Counts number when turning in entry forms.  Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

**A $5.00 processing fee will be applied PER EXHIBITOR**

NEW THIS YEAR: We will be accepting payments via credit card through a Square Invoice.

**ANY entry forms received after Friday, November 7, 2025 at 4:00pm will incur a $50.00 LATE processing fee.**

No entries will be accepted after November 10, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

CLUB/CHAPTER: Williamson County 4-H

Please do NOT put your personal club. The shows recognize us as a county!

 

Williamson County 4-H Contest Designation Form – use this form for Public Speaking and team contest entries (Food Challenge, Ag Product ID, Livestock Judging, CDM, etc.)

Contest entry checklist 2026 – use this to help ensure you are bringing all items needed for your contest entries. Double check the guidelines for the event that you are participating in for templates and all documents.
