Private Applicator Training

The Williamson County AgriLife Extension Office will offer in-person Private Pesticide Applicator Training in our office on Thursday, January 18th from 8:30 am-12 pm. Producers and landowners who apply restricted use pesticides to their properties must be trained and licensed to do so. We provide all the necessary training instruction along with printed materials and interactive Q&A time to prepare you to take the private applicator exam. The cost is $60.

Cover Crops in Blackland Farming

The Stiles Farm Foundation will offer an in-person program on cover crop management and an introduction to the Climate Smart producer incentive program on Tuesday, February 20th 2024. The meeting is free of cost and registration will begin at 8:00am at the Stiles Farm Foundation Office. Coffee and breakfast tacos will be provided to participants.
