Deadline for Entries due to the County Extension Office by 8:00pm

Deadline for Late Entries to the County Extension Office by 5:00pm

December 3, 2019

2:00pm-8:00pm: Project Check-in

December 4, 2019

8:00am-1:00pm: Project Check-in

2:00pm: Judging Begins

4:00pm: Public Speaking Judging Begins

December 5, 2019

8:00am: Ag Mechanic Judging Begins

12:30pm: -5:00pm Hall Opens For Viewing Only

5:00pm- 6:00pm Hall Closes

6:00pm-7:00pm: “ FCS Winner’s Circle Presentation “

7:00pm-8:00pm: Country Store- Only Food Division Items Sold Main Hall Immediately    Following “FCS Winner’s Circle Presentation “

8:00pm Main Hall Closes

December 6, 2019

9:00am-4:00pm: Country Store Opens – Main Hall For Viewing & Sale Of Food Divisions /Exhibit Items Marked With A Price *Exhibit Items Not For Sale Can Be Pickup During This Time Slot*      Final Check-Out – Country Store

4:00pm -5:00pm: Final Time Slot Too Pick Up Any Remaining Items

5:00pm Youth Fair Is Closed!!!
