2025-2026 Major Show Season Validation Tag Orders:

LATE Fall Validation Heifer Tag Order Form

• Due September 30, 2025
• Tags cost $40 each if ordered by the due date.
• Physical Validation will be by appointment at the end of October.

LATE Major Show Lamb and Goat Tag Order Form

• Late tags will cost $40 if ordered after 9/9/2025.
• Physical validation will be October 4 or October 28 at the County Extension Office.

Major Show Swine Validation Form

• Due September 15, 2025
• Tags cost $30 each if ordered by the due date.
• Late tags will cost $40 if ordered after 9/15/2025
• Physical validation will be in November – dates TBA.

How to order tags:

• You can mail or bring your order form and payment to the Extension office. Our hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  We are open during the lunch hour! Exact cash or checks payable to: Stock Show Coalition.
• You can order tags online here.

Williamson County validations REQUIRE all 4-H and FFA members to order and pay for their tags prior to validation to ensure the correct number of tags are ordered. All orders must be handled through the Williamson County Extension Office with accompanied form and payment, or online purchase.
