Major Show Lamb and Goat Tag Orders Form

• Due August 27, 2026
• Tags cost $30 if ordered by the due date
• Physical validation will take place on October 20 and October 27 – time & place TBD.

Heifer Tag Order Form

• Due August 27, 2026
• Tags cost $30 if ordered by the due date
• Physical validation will take place in October BY APPOINTMENT. Please email Shelley: shelley.franklin@ag.tamu.edu

Major Show Swine Validation Form

• Due September 25, 2026
• Tags cost $30 if ordered by the due date
• Physical validation will take place November 17, 18 and 19 – time & place TBD.

How to order tags:

• You can mail or bring your order form and payment to the Extension office. Our hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  We are open during the lunch hour! Exact cash or checks payable to: Stock Show Coalition.

Williamson County validations REQUIRE all 4-H and FFA members to order and pay for their tags prior to validation to ensure the correct number of tags are ordered. All orders must be handled through the Williamson County Extension Office with accompanied form and payment, or online purchase.
