The goal of the program is to help those living with diabetes, family members, or those just wanting to learn, how to make changes to the foods we eat and how they are prepared. The four-lesson series examines carbohydrates, meal planning, and reducing fat and sodium while still maintaining flavorful dishes.
Learning for the first time or need a canning refresher? Wilco AgriLife is offering a Canning Workshop. We will provide all the materials and hands on training to walk you through the step as you create your very first canned goods. You will get to take home one jam and one canned veggie.
