On Saturday, January 26, the topic for “Hands on in the Garden” is starting plants from seeds with Master Gardener Wendy Odlum. Wendy will show you how to get a head start on the growing season by growing transplants from seeds. Wendy has been a long time gardener and a Williamson County Master Gardener since 2014. She currently runs the Junior Master Gardener program at a local elementary school and starts transplants from seeds for all the plants used in their garden. The presentation will be followed by a “hands on” portion.
February 11th- Garden Tool Maintenance & Getting Ready for Springtime by Master Gardener Steve Echols & Master Gardener Jim Williams Meeting starts with refreshments and socializing at 6:30-7pm and the presentation at 7-8pm.
March 8, 2019 from 12 pm - 1 pm. Join us at the new Extension office for a Lunch & Learn on Self Defense hosted by the Morning Glory Extension Education Club. Deputy Brandon Schaefer of the Williamson County Sherrif's Office Self Defense Academy will present the information. Cost is $7, cash or check made payable to: Morning Glory Club. Space is limited to 40 people.
