Hands On In The Garden

On Saturday, January 26, the topic for “Hands on in the Garden” is starting plants from seeds with Master Gardener Wendy Odlum. Wendy will show you how to get a head start on the growing season by growing transplants from seeds. Wendy has been a long time gardener and a Williamson County Master Gardener since 2014. She currently runs the Junior Master Gardener program at a local elementary school and starts transplants from seeds for all the plants used in their garden. The presentation will be followed by a “hands on” portion.

February 11th- Garden Tool Maintenance & Getting Ready for Springtime by Master Gardener Steve Echols & Master Gardener Jim Williams Meeting starts with refreshments and socializing at 6:30-7pm and the presentation at 7-8pm.

Self Defense Lunch & Learn

March 8, 2019 from 12 pm - 1 pm. Join us at the new Extension office for a Lunch & Learn on Self Defense hosted by the Morning Glory Extension Education Club. Deputy Brandon Schaefer of the Williamson County Sherrif's Office Self Defense Academy will present the information. Cost is $7, cash or check made payable to: Morning Glory Club.
